Graham is a true old school tradesman - polite, punctual, knowledgeable and highly skilled. Highly recommended.
Graham responded very quickly to my request for help with a door that had become difficult to close. He was with me within a couple of hours, taking time to assess and identify a solution. Due to a previous subsidence issue, the door proved ultimately beyond repair, after extensive inspection. But Graham was helpful in explaining the options and charged a very fair price for his time. Highly recommended
I had accidently broken one pane of glass because of a stone being kicked out by the lawn mower. I required this repair with haste due to having sold the property. Graham was the first trader to respond even though it was Sunday evening. The job was completed inside of week, reasonably priced and completed to a high standard. Overall very pleased. Thank you.
From the first phone call Graham left me with a good impression that we were in good hands, we required 5 small jobs, 2 windows, 1 beginning to get misty, the other with a cracked outer glass. The 3rd window was in the dormer with a broken hinge, this one I was convinced would need to be done from the roof, not so I was told by Graham, handles and locks on 2 other windows were also replaced. All in all a first rate job completed by a very knowledgeable chap, clean and tidy and the first impression stood up, 5 stars in every respect.
