“We had a new combi boiler installed last year 2024. Colin was very helpful in explaining what was happening with the installation process. Today 26.09.25 we had our first service and everything was good. We are also having further works carried out by Gas Adsis in the near future. I cant praise Colin enough for his great customer care.”

Having had some bad experiences with plumbers, Colin had done some work for family so that gave them and me a head start. Simply turning up and telling me I had to spend more, was not even the issue because turning up when expected means so much to me. Installation day came, and I found both engineers polite, attentive and professional. Hoovering up afterwards was another indication of integrity. Well done Colin and John, you are first on the list if needed again.”

We had a new combi boiler installed last year 2024. Colin was very helpful in explaining what was happening with the installation process.
