All the pipes were run neatly, including those under the floor boards upstairs. He was tidy, polite and very knowledgeable. We would definitely call on his services again."

"I asked Jake to replace an existing three-way (cold, hot and boiling) water tap, tank and filter with a new model. The new tap had been supplied as an updated model and should have been a simple swap. The reality was very different. The supplied hose which goes from the tap to the filter was way too short meaning that Jake had to invent a way of extending the hose. Then we found that the new filter had a leak, so Jake had to refit the old filter as a workaround. Jake also fitted a stop-valve on the hot supply to the tap where there wasn't one before. A perfect job with no fuss or bother."
