However, Voytek from gas boiler and heating reached out to me via WhatsApp within 5 minutes. Voytek was pleasent and ask for some pictures to help his understanding of the issue. After I sent these over, he was able to diagnose a repair within minutes and was kind of enough to talk me through it over the phone. Saving me hundreds of pounds in the process. Best service I've ever experienced with any tradesman. Thanks again.”
