They fitted the replacement tap in double quick time. Friendly chaps who had time for a chat after they'd finished the job. Will be using there services again I'm sure.

First time I've used this company. Very satisfied with their work. I dealt with Ben who installed the boiler and Wayne the owner of the company. I found them both to be very friendly and helpful; communication was excellent throughout and,as promised, any outstanding problems were quickly attended to, particularly the adaptation of the existing control wiring to the new Hive control system. I would not hesitate to use WB Gas again.
Having just paid my invoice, I wish to let you know how pleased I was with Ben’s work. Despite coming across several unexpected problems, he used his knowledge to calmly get round them, cleaning up at job end. A helpful person with a lovely personality. A credit to your company

EXCELLENT 5 STAR SERVICE AS USUAL Being on the Your New Boiler annual plan, means I pay monthly to cover the cost of having our Combi boiler serviced once a year. The fee is a very competitive price. These monthly payments also cover a free emergency call out at anytime, should I need one. So, just like paying a motor vehicle breakdown service a monthly fee and perhaps only receiving peace of mind in return, that’s a free bonus with Your New Boiler, because they service the boiler anyway. I was treated to the Managing Director, Wayne Bettess, coming to see me. Wayne installed the Combi boiler himself in 2019. Wayne cleaned the filters and made all the necessary checks to give our now 5 year old boiler a clean bill of health and completed the service book, we leave by the boiler. I have no reservations in recommending Wayne Bettess and YourNewBoiler.com to anyone who needs a new boiler, or simply peace of mind with monthly payments for their boiler’s annual service.

Service was fantastic. Wayne kept us advised of his arrival time, was friendly, professional and thorough. He warned us the boiler will need parts next year rather than replacing them now, and repaired a couple of radiators we hadn't warned him about. Would definitely recommend.
