Even though it was a weekend, less than two hours after I called, Gal had already arrived and diagnosed the problem with an unusual lock. He fixed it quickly, kept me informed throughout, left everything very tidy and charged exactly what he quoted on the phone. I would wholeheartedly recommend GB Lock and Key LTD and will use Gal again should any other doors become problematic.

Third time I’ve had Gal to my home to secure my property, absolutely fantastic job he does and appreciates the urgency. Gave really solid advice and pointed out an issue with the frame itself that required so building work. Gal is very professional and skilled locksmith and I cannot recommend his services enough. We had an excellent experience from the first contact to the payment processing. Gal not only fixed the broken lock but also realigned the french door that were giving us trouble for a couple of years now. He is punctual, friendly, respectful, and transparent with the work he is done and with the pricing. No hidden costs and excellent value for money. Gal was extremely professional throughout.We had a difficult job getting new car keys for a new car after losing them.Gal did all the running around , contacting the dealership and getting what was needed.He met us at the car and cut the keys and got us on the road again.We had to wait a few days because of the codes needed but Gal kept us informed all the way. A great professional service.Would definitely HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business.A satisfied customer.

Gal immediately answered our call and gave us a time he could get to us by. He actually called back and was with us much sooner. We couldn’t open our patio door as the lock mechanism had failed. Gal was able to get the door open and then ordered a new part which arrived within a day. He kept in touch with updates and the door lock is now good as new . Great communication , knowledge , service and skill , punctual, trustworthy and reliable. We are delighted with the whole experience and highly recommend ! Do not hesitate to contact him !
