"The lock in our back door broke, the key wouldn't turn. I had a go with Youtube videos but realised it was beyond me and most likely needed a replacement part. I explained what I had already done and the job to Shaun, and he figured out what the issue was based on my description, and gave a quote. He came as early as he could (next morning), brought the part needed and sorted it all in half an hour. He was clear, friendly and got the job done quickly.
