I had a shower supplied and fitted in August 2025. It has been faulty from installation. I have contacted GCL Hopkins numerous times. They sent someone out, they turned it on and it was warm. I told them for the 100th time it does not work all the time I am frequently left wet and cold waiting for it to come warm again. Sometimes I have to term it off and in 7 or 8 times before it works. Some days I am unable to have a shower. They have now said the manufacturer has to come out to look at it. The shower is still under warranty and yet they refuse to replace it.

High standard of workmanship and a very professional and friendly service throughout. Would highly recommend.

GCL Hopkins Ltd fitted a new shower for our Mother who lives a long way from us and from the first reassuring phone call to arrange a quote they were extremely helpful and friendly. They always arrived when they said they would and were very thoughtful and helpful explaining what they were going to do every step of the way. They kept everywhere clean and protected and always cleaned up after themselves. We can not recommend them highly enough. Wonderful people to deal with and a 5* service
