GF Electrical

GF quoted £540 for this work. After the invoice of 24/7 I wrote to GF about the price, but paid £540 on 24/8. In an email of 26/6 GF stated that "There will be a Part P certificate issued". 3 weeks after paying I reminded GF about the certificate and again after 5 weeks. I have heard nothing. It is now 6 weeks. Without the Part P certificate I cannot be sure the work has been done to the required standard; I understand that by law I must be able to prove that electrical installation work meets Part P; and I consider failure to provide the certificate to be a breach of contract.
