Trevor phoned and said he would call at 4pm friday 03/05/24 he didnt come so phoned and he said he had thought it was sat [today] asked if he could come today ,i said no as i was busy.He has phoned me about 3 hrs ago saying he had emailed and was on his way to see me.Again he has not turned up.I would never use anyone so unprofessional and unreliable.Hes messed me about and wasted my time.

My property had a damp/mould problem. I had a total of 3 surveyors round to see what could be causing the issue. Trevor came round listened carefully to the problems then made a thorough investigation of the property to see what could be causing the damp. He was extremely hands on with his search, he was in-fact the only surveyor out of the 3 that went into the loft space which in doing so found the main cause of the damp; which was a tree that had penetrated through the roof! Trevors report was remarkable and throughout work, his team were punctual/ extremely professional.Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Trevor and GGR. They're trustworthy, hard working and reliable. We had issues with rising damp as well damp issues coming from leakages in the attic which had rotted some of the beams and insulation. Trevor and his team repaired the causes of the leaks and damp, got the beams looking like new and replaced all our insulation. They also repaired the chimney stacks that were causing the issues and did it all in less time than he originally quoted. I'll be using him and his team for any work I need in the future without a doubt ??
