After promising they would give me a date for the work, 2 weeks later there has been no further response. I have used Glo in the past and have been impressed, recommending them to friends as well. I want a chandelier installed in my lounge, and as requested, have sent photos of the light and the instructions. After no response to my previous text, I left a message on Gary's voicemail yesterday saying that failure to respond would mean I would have to go elsewhere and that I would write this review. I am most disappointed as I had previously found Glo prompt and reliable, doing a good job.

I had an electrical fault occur in my property, which lead to a power cut to the lighting within my hallway and another room. David and his team did everything they can to visit, find the issue and fix the problem before Christmas. Unlucky for me I missed the one phone call from David where he had an opening to visit me. First day back to work in the New Year, David phoned to follow up and arranged for a visit the next day. Very pleased with the member of the team who visited, diligently went through the electrics in the property and fixed the issue in good time at a reasonable price.
