Connor diagnosed the problem and arranged a day to come back to fix it. He contacted me the day before to confirm his visit, arrived promptly, fixed the problem, cut and fixed new plinth and did a few other jobs for me. The dishwasher is opening and closing smoothly now, more so that when it was first fitted 3 years ago! Reasonable cost. Am very happy."
