I have just had an experience that has made my day even better thanks to Keith! I spoke to Keith yesterday regarding my cold radiator. I was out at the time. He told me what to check for when I got back home. I tried his suggestions as he said there could be a few factors, the first suggestion didn't work and I messaged him to let him know. I didn't get an immediate response and woke this morning thinking he wouldn't get back to me. I was wrong!! He called me and guided me through the 2nd suggestion and it worked instantly... piping hot radiator. I will tell a lot of people about Keith!!

We had no mains water and a leak at a property we had just moved into - Keith came out promptly, diagnosed the problems and repaired the leaks. He also helped plumb in our washing machine which was really tricky. He is efficient, friendly and very thorough in his work - carrying out multiple tests to ensure everything was fixed before he left. Highly recommend.
