I found HeatGlow on the Which trusted traders site. Booked a boiler service via their web site - it was very straightforward and I was able to book a time and date for the visit. The price was even less than what I had paid 3 years previously with another firm. From then on I received both emails and messages with my invoice and confirmation of date/time including the name of 5he engineer carrying out the work. Everything completed on time and certificate issued electronically. Every aspect of dealing with HeatGlow was excellent and I would certainly use and recommend to everyone.

Heatglow installed a new Worcester Bosch boiler, replaced two radiators and fitted a new electric shower in one day as promised. They gave me good advice when then visited to quote for the work and provided a competitive price. They were helpful, friendly and easy to deal with. I will definitely use them again.

Excellent service. I had 2 radiators changed. I bought my own radiators and valves and Heatglow had them changed. Very efficient, quick, left all clean and did a very good job. Really well done. Booking was easy via email and price competitive.

The guys responded to an urgent request promptly and scheduled in the work whilst agreeing to honour a much earlier quote. On the day, they worked professionally, demonstrating excellent social distancing disciplines. They communicated well throughout. Given that carpets and floorboards were lifted you would not have noticed if you hadn't seen it due to their commitment to putting everything back in its place and cleaning up after themselves. The new boiler was fitted with the minimum of fuss despite having to work around the challenges of an old house. We will certainly use their services again and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

I have used Gareth and Tom for a number of years and have recommended them to numerous friends and Neighbours. They are very responsive, punctual and extremely polite. Their annual service is very thorough and much better than the very large national company we used to use. All work is explained and carried out as per explanation. They are very clean and tidy and one they leave the property you do not know they have been there. Tom and Gareth have carried out gas safety checks, servicing and repairs on my behalf and I can’t recommend them enough. Over the last 3 years Gareth and Tom at Heatglow have installed my home combi boilers, underfloor heating and new radiators. On top of this scheduled work they have responded to call outs for frozen pipes etc. Not only is there service excellent, the quality of work has been outstanding. Additionally, they are very careful and respectful. It is not often that rooms are left tidier after a callout than they were before.

Gareth and Tom have been looking after our plumbing for years now, from annual gas fire services to replacing the boiler recently when the old one ran out of steam. Tom from Heatglow carries out an annual boiler service and checks out any other issues I have in my home. Always a quick response when booking the service and the work carried out when promised in a friendly manner. Strongly recommend.

We have used HeatGlow for several years. Initially they provided an excellent repair service for our existing boiler, and have since recommended and installed a new one for which they provide an annual service. A very reliable company who respond promptly to calls, and are prepared to work on the weekend.

Tenants at a rented property were left without hot water when an old boiler broke down. Heatglow replaced the boiler within days. They were professional, communicated the options well and once I decided on the best option got to work straight away. This was 18 months ago and we haven't had any issues with the new boiler.

We have been using Gareth & Tom for over 5 yrs since Gareth did all the plumbing work for our bathroom. He did an excellent job and since then, he or Tom, comes to service our gas fire and boiler annually. HeatGlow are our go-to guys and I have recommended them to friends who are also delighted, especially our Welsh speaking friends.

Gareth and Tom have serviced our boiler regularly since 2015. Always with efficient and friendly service with a smile. A call out on December 5 for heating failure needed a valve replacement in the boiler. Tom came at the end of a long working day. He had to drive miles across Cardiff during rush hour traffic for the part. Then all the way back , still during rush hour, to do the job, which was a long one, without complaint about either the distance, heavy traffic both ways or his late finish after completing the job. Highly, highly recommended and have recommended to friends who have used them for boilers and bathroom replacement and were equally delighted. So glad a friend recommended them to us. An added bonus that they are Welsh speakers!
