"We had a front door key break off within the lock. Thankfully we could still enter our property via the back door, so it wasn't an emergency. We told this gentleman that it wasn't urgent. Despite this, he still arranged to visit us later that day. He spent a good hour on the job, eventually having to replace the lock barrel. He was upfront with the price of callout at the point of contact, but the final bill was very reasonable, only £13 or so over the callout fee for the complete job. Would happily recommend."
