Impressed by the swift response from Tom in both answering and dealing with our urgent request for help to address an issue of water egress around our chimney breast in our main bedroom. Really pleased with how quickly our issue was resolved (within a couple of days of initial contact and quote) to successfully remedy and stop any further water from getting inside the house. Would recommend!
I called to make an inquiry on a Chimney Repointing on a Thursday afternoon and was told he can come the following morning to have a look and give me a quote, and the work was completed on the Monday morning. From first making contact to having the work done was 4 days (two of which were the weekend). Very friendly and professional! Very much happy with the work that has been carried out, and the time frame it has been done within.
Very pleased, come round quoted and did the work the same day,I would strongly recommend. Explain what was needed and they just got on with the job.
Woke up this morning to find a number of slipped slate roof tiles on our ground floor roof. Sent an email this morning asking for a survey and Tom responded first thing, coming over to survey the work and even completed it same day. The work looks good and the area was left tidy. Would highly recommend Homeguard and would definitely use again

Superb service from Homeguard. Prompt and clear communication from start to finish. I was looking for a smallish repair following the recent stormy weather, they were round to inspect and quote for it on the same day, and even offered to come back later the same day to do the work, although it suited me better to have it done the following day - and they were able to fit me in. Very reasonable quote for the work done in line with a couple of other tradesmen I had also asked to quote. Just before starting the work they invited me up onto the roof to see exactly what would be done (or were happy to take pictures if I hadn’t gone up!), and also advised on a couple of other damaged areas on the roof I hadn’t spotted myself from ground level, which I appreciated, being able to see with my own eyes up close. Great job done and will use again, and would recommend their services. Thanks guys.
Really appreciated how quick they came round after me ringing, and completed the work on the same day. He then messaged me a couples day later to make sure everything was okay.
Had some roofing work I needed repairing They came around quoted the job and started and finished the job the same day, good price , good job.
Contacted Friday, turned up on time today and all works completed in the time scale advised, being 2 hours. Very tidy and good craftsmanship. Competitive price and would highly recommend.

Had birds nesting in my roof gave Thomas a call from home guard roofing he came round ASAP fixed the problem he was very polite and professional and didn’t leave any mess

Tom is a very friendly and nice guy and It was very clear that Tom takes great pride in his work, he carried out the work to perfection and I am very happy. Thank you so much for a great job. Tom will definitely be the first person I call if I should require any roofing work done in the future and I would highly recommend him to anyone

We had a slight leak in front bedroom call homeguard they came check roof and spotted a broken tile easy fix has they had spare tile in van low cost very please would highly recommend
