I & M Plumbing: reliable, clear and very skilled. would definitely recommend

I’ve used Illy’s services to remedy a bathroom leak that had leaked unnoticed for a while, which included the need to strengthen floor joists and re-tile. I cannot recommend him highly enough; he is very reliable. Illy and his tradesmen are very professional, very skilled in their trade, they took pride in doing a good job, nothing was done slapdash. Illy communicated clearly to me from the start the timescale, the works needed, and costs involved. He was patient to make sure I understood the phases of what needed to happen (as plumbing is far out of my comfort zone). The standard of works he delivered is very high, the wroks were executed with as minimal disorder as possible, with everything cleared and cleaned perfectly when they were finished. I definitely will use them again.

The trader and all his workmen were polite and a relaxed presence in the flat. The work was done efficiently and went according to the schedule planned. It was a less stressful experience than I anticipated! The quality of work on the bathroom - tiling, grouting, masticing etc - has been admired by many of my visitors.

Happy with the job

We had our whole bathroom redone through I&M plumbing and have been so happy with the result. He found issues in the wall from the previous builder and took the time to sort it. The tiling (floor and walls) was done beautifully and he managed the whole project for us. This even included getting new windows within a week when I decided the bathroom needed it. He arranged electricians to come and sort the new lighting I wanted installing. We’ve also used I&M plumbing before for a boiler installation.

Illy is very good indeed. He installed a new boiler very efficiently and ensured it all worked perfectly. He is responsive, polite and charges a very fair rate for his work. Highly recommended.

I have always been delighted with the work Illy has done. He responds quickly if there is a crisis and otherwise specifies a timescale for the job and then sticks to that timescale. The work is explained clearly and I have never felt that a job has been made more complicated than it really is. Highly recommended.

Illy and his colleagues are brilliant and I would have no hesitation recommending them. Illy is passionate about honesty and integrity in his dealings and very thorough with the quality of the work. I met Illy when looking to repair a boiler and since then he has refurbished nearly all of my flat. His background is plumbing but can take on any job or aspect of building. Highly recommended!
