iconic kitchens and bathrooms

We had a very bad experience with this company. We were left very upset with the condition of our house at end of the job, but unfortunately Iconic had our money and unwilling to take any responsibility. We had to spend more money to rectify the issues that we were left with in order to make our home habitable. We would not recommend this kitchen fitter. A new kitchen is a big expense, so it's important to select a fitter that you can trust. We made a costly mistake placing our job with this company.

Gerry and his team were excellent from the start, from discussing kitchen options, bringing samples, through to planning and execution, he and the team he uses carried out the work to a very high standard in the time frame promised. Can’t recommend Iconic highly enough.

Bathroom required a total makeover. Experience with Iconic kitchens and bathrooms was flawless from planning to completion. Gerry involved in planning, advising, in choosing all products from showers to taps. Costs and time allocation for work completion agreed prior to work starting. Gerry and team removed old fittings, tiles , prepared walls and arranged skip hire. Every aspect was organised by Gerry and plumbers, electricians and tilers completed work to the highest standard. Work completed within time scale and resulted in a wonderful transition. Worry free. Highly recommended.

Gerry and team did an excellent job on my new kitchen and toilet renovation, would highly recommend them and hoping to get him back in the near future to do my upstairs bathroom. Gerry also has the patience of a saint as I didn't have a clear plan of what I was looking for but he was very knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions. Very professional company from the start of the design process through to the completed kitchen. Gerry listened to what I wanted and was very honest in telling me what would and wouldn’t work. He was very patient and answered any questions I had promptly. Installing a new kitchen is a big upheaval but was made so much easier by having one company dealing with everything. I am absolutely delighted with my new kitchen and would not hesitate to use this company again.

I cannot rate Iconic kitchens and bathrooms highly enough. Gerry who fitted my kitchen went above and beyond my expectations. Work started and finished on time and Gerry was always very professional and friendly while in my home. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending this company.

Gerry made immediate contact and kept contact throughout, he provided design advice which was absolutely spot on for our needs. Gerry gave us a date and time for fitting and even arrived early! The fitting is to the highest standard, he even adjusted aspects to ensure we were 100% satisfied. A very professional, customer focused, gentleman. Good reliable company.Gerry was a good project manager from start to finish.Any problems that arose where resolved almost immediately. Great workmanship,would highly recommend this company .

Gerry was brilliant in getting my kitchen fitted, especially considering the short turnaround time between the kitchen being delivered and then starting on the work the day after the delivery with short notice. He was also able to work around the constraints of the room and came up with an ideal alteration that worked very well with units already delivered. Would highly recommend.
