"Gavin was fantastic. He came and did a thorough inspection of my old heating system. He listened to what I wanted and gave me his honest opinion and advice on what he would recommend. His quote was extremely competitive but he got the job based on how he came across and his honest advice. He turned up on time and kept me up to date. He left the clean and tidy as well. He did have to come back and finish the next day but that was just because of my random pipework but turned up promised and even removed my old downstairs toilet and sink. Nothing was charged until the job was completed."
