We have a very simple and effective 3 stage process: 1.) Book a FREE consultation to discuss your project with our surveyor. A provisional costing sum will follow our visit to see if we are in line with your expectations. Onto step 2.... 2.) Upon accepting a provisional costing, a full breakdown (Inc. project schedule, payment term and project scope) along with links to our pictures and videos will follow for you to review. Onto step 3.... 3.) Upon approval of our terms, we would invite you into our offices to sign contracts, finalise all details and pencil a start date. At the same time it would be good for you to meet our team! We are committed to ensuring your vision is brought to life. The impact of a flawlessly executed design rests squarely on the shoulders of an equally impressive build and construction phase. Frequently Asked Questions: Q) How does your payment schedule work? A) We would create a weekly/fortnightly payment schedule in line with your project schedule to ensure work completed is reflective against payments made. Q) How much deposit would be required upfront in order to get my project started? A) We would normally only take 5% deposit upfront with the remaining balance being paid over a weekly/fortnightly payment schedule. Q) What happens with my fixtures and fitting choices? A) We would typically cost your project excluding the supply of all second fix items allowing you to put your personal touches on the finishing of your project. If you require a key turn finish, our in house interior designers would be more than happy to help procure your fixtures and fittings in line with your budget. Q) Is there any structural guarantees with the structural building works carried out to our property. A) We provide a 10 Years Insurance backed warranty on our structural projects; in addition we provide an LABC/NHBC 10 year Insurance backed warranty on all new build projects.
