Problem solved quickly and efficiently
A week after making no progress with an emergency electrician sent by our insurance company, we called J&E Electrical because all of the sockets downstairs in our house had tripped. After listening to us, they gave us a quick estimate for the investigative work that might be required. An hour later, two men arrived and within 2 hours, they had identified the cause of the problem and were able to switch us back on. I have just received their bill, which was exactly as quoted. We were really impressed by the courtesy and efficiency of the electricians who called, as well as the person who took our call initially. We will definitely call on them again if we need to.

Excellent service
Initially, Joseph came to my house to discuss four lighting issues and offered a solution to each. A written estimate was promptly sent and accepted. Works were completed within two weeks when Joseph returned with his colleague, Rafael, and all the replacement parts. Polite and tidy workers without any mess. No drama, very straight forward. In fact, Joseph also replaced a light switch that was overheating without me asking. Very satisfied customer.

Saved Me from Unnecessary Rewiring
After being told by a previous electrician that my flat would need a complete rewiring or else he would have to condemn my home, I stuck my head in the sand for several years, not having the funds to do it. I finally took the plunge and explained my predicament to Joseph and asked him to come and give me a quote for a full rewire. To my surprise he told me I only needed a few tweaks to get my electrics up to date and a full rewiring was not necessary. To say I was relieved is an understatement. Joseph and his colleague, Harvey did the work quickly, efficiently and were clean and tidy, and both were pleasant and personable. I am glad to have found Joseph, I trust him and felt very reassured by his kind manner and integrity.

Excellent work
We wanted a new cooker and discovered we needed a new cable running to the kitchen. J&E Electrical were great, they investigated, worked out the best course of action in discussion with us, and the actual job despite requiring drilling was incredibly clean and non-disruptive. Polite, friendly and communicative, I cannot recommend them more highly and will definitely use them again for electrical work!
