I didn't know exactly what I needed for my radiator valve and thermostat installation but Jonathan was extremely helpful over the phone initially and then in person. The job didn't require as much work as expected and Jonathan was fair in charging me a much discounted rate. I'd be happy to recommend
John was able to attend my property quickly (not an emergency job), explained my likely requirements, didn't try to upsell me on anything, explained how to care for my installed outside tap, and had the most competitive price. Extremely happy with the service offered.

He did the job the next day and allowed a credit card payment. He also provided a 12 month labour warranty. I did not overcharge me
Clearly explained what was needed to repair. Turned up early which is always something I appreciate. Took his time doing a great job and explained how to work the new parts clearly. Would definitely recommend
