“Jason was tasked with fixing a tap in the bathroom, which he did, but he didn't fit the push up waste lever at the back of the tap properly and it's all loose and doesn't work. The push up waste is also part of the tap pack and should have been fitted as well. He took this away and despite numerous texts, didn't reply or return this. I need to buy a new pack. Also, had him booked in to redo the pipework under the kitchen sink as it was blocked, but turned up and refused to do it claiming it was too smelly and there was sick in the sink, which was untrue. Had to call another plumber to do the work.”
