He has always been really responsive and helpful, before the work started and during it. They helped with all my silly questions and ensured the work required was clear. They always give clear updates and made sure when any decisions were needed the options were also made clear. The team completely removed old, rotten decking and a shed, put in place additional new fencing, then dug into concrete to put in place a new soakaway, all before laying the new patio!"
