He was very intimidating, we are pensioners, and I am very ill with cancer and due to have surgery, my wife is very stressed with this all. Jacob has caused damage to my garden fence panels, left cement up the fence and clearly second-hand patio slabs used. Jobs was left unfinished. We Had to get other contractors to seal patio and fix the fence levelled the path so I can use my wheelchair. Money transferred straight away, he was getting there at 9 and left at 12. £4600 paid for unfinished work and requested more. We have now not had any contact. I wouldn’t want anyone else to fall into his trap. Would like to get a partial refund to cover the cost of paying the other contractors.
