“My kitchen extension needed refelting after years of wear and tear. Assessment was carried out as organised in person, with very helpful explanations of the process and materials. Job was done the next week to a high standard, and I'm very happy with the result. Thank you.”
Detailed reviews
The work was carried out professionally and promptly, and the roofers were all helpful and polite, but I've had subsequent issues. Although the roof work was finished 17 Nov, the subcontractor didn't take the last of the scaffolding down until after Christmas, delaying further work. I was sympathetic at the time, given the lack of control over a subcontractor, but less so given that JDJ have not returned to put up the plastic flat roof they had to remove for access. I have chased repeatedly, been told it will be done 'tomorrow', but it never is. Very disappointing after good work.
