John was brilliant from start to finish. Very quick in giving me a quote and kept me up to date the entire time. He stripped, recladded and applied insulation to my dormer. Even when issues arose that were no fault of his own, he kept me in the loop and was completely transparent. The dormer has never looked better. Would highly recommend.
