"This was a demolition of a terrace house with a front facade retention which made access to the site quite difficult. It was also technically challenging as we had to install a temporary works structure (assembled on site) to prop the triple storey neighbouring property and then had to engage a piling company to dig piles in the rear extension when we hit mud. Chris dealt with all of this is in his stride and all the professional engineers who we engaged along the way had complete faith in his work which is a resounding endorsement.
