I had a positive experience with the replacement of my shower. The service was efficient and professional, with no unnecessary hassle. I would definitely consider using them again in the future. Many thanks for a job well done.
Reported to the trade union. Awaiting investigation to revoke Piotr's license. Despite charging a fortune, his work was careless and failed twice—3 and 6 months post-installation. He was unresponsive, refused an alternative plumber, and said, "If it doesn't leak on Day 1, it's not my problem." 1. Waterproofing: Cut mat into pieces, no adhesive used; gaps let water seep through. 2. Tiling: Removed tiles, leaving plasterboard exposed. 3. Silicone: Poor quality that cracked and moulded, rotting the plinth. Avoid at all costs. Terrible job. Do not trust him!!!!
