Siobhan on the phone was amazing, and she had a remedial appointment booked within 5 minutes. They came and put the insulation back, added more insulation and even double netted all the areas. JM Property Solutions came and did my underfloor insulation. A team arrived on time, carried out the work very quickly and were professional.
