“Hired JMR to lay down a Patio at the back, extend driveway and relay slabs at font with a topsoil for new grass to be laid. They also re tarmacked the drive. Joe and Dom and the team worked really well and have given really good results, and have had a really good attitude. When you get someone from Check a trade it's always a gamble but I can guarantee satisfaction with JMR, they are really good lads, and do a good really good job. Made the house look like a brand new house! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to people I know. They have excellent banter as well, which comes free!”

They did a lot more work than I was originally quoted for, at my request. That was good that they had that flexibility. The cost of the work on the paths and driveway around my house was very competitive. It looked great to start with and I seemed to get a lot for my money but now ( less than six months later) the drive is sinking because the hard-core was not crushed down enough. I had some weeds come through because no membrane was used even though I provided some. And I think the asphalt was not 60mm as agreed but about half that. I got what I paid for. If you want a better job look again
