Paul's involvement from the project's start was key. Working closely with the main contractor, he understood our objectives and suggested cost-effective enhancements. During excavations, Paul communicated transparently, resolving issues promptly and expediting the timeline. The front porch addition, was smoothly executed with minimal disruption, showcasing Paul's team's professionalism. As we continue with interior work, we trust Paul and his team for future phases of the project.

The plan was to demolish the back part of the house, reclaiming the stone from the period part of the cottage to reuse in a large extension. However, he seemed to send a series of subcontractors to site that didn't really know what he had agreed with us. He kept cutting corners and deviating from the plan. The buildings control inspector concluded that none of the work he did met required standards, so we had to pay someone else to remove it and start over. Wouldn't accept fault. He demanded same day payment of his bills. Antagonistic and argumentative. Refused to give insurance info.
