Found the problem came next day first thing and removed all the ridge tiles then replaced the old and loose cement and refitted them using the modern dry system. Cleaned up all mess and the workers were polite and friendly and efficient..”

The person doing the quote seemed to know what he was talking about and made some improvements to the existing design when they did it. The job was done quickly and cleared up. They also confirmed that the rest of the roof looked in good condition, so I don't think they try to "drum up trade" needlessly. Overall very happy and looking to use them on another property.
