With his expertise Jim explained all the problems that I had been left with and exactly how he was going to put it right. He explained e exactly what he was going to do and checked I was okay with that at each step. He was able to help us in good time and always turned up when he said he was going to. He also gave us a solid price - none of ghat day rate that can quickly add hundreds of unexpected pounds! 5*"
