“We had an ongoing issue with a blocked pipe that went underneath the house. This blockage prevented the kitchen sink from draining, the washing machine flooded the garage and utility room and the dishwasher backed up into the sink. A plumber recommended Simon and the team at Thanet Drainage. They sorted the problem which was fantastic but above that they answered the phone, confirmed the appointment, called to say they were on their way, were polite and respectful which you don't always get. We felt the work was carried out to a high standard and we didn't feel overcharged by what was an emergency and stressful situation. Highly recommend and will use again if needed.”

Brilliant service and team. Highly recommend. Pleasure to have them working on my property
Thanet Drainage were brilliant from start to finish. They replaced a broken clay rest bend with a new pvc one and then made good the area. Great comms, good price and very friendly, efficient and tidy. I would definitely recommend Simon and his team, and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any further works I may need.
Fast response and sorted the problem on the day thank you so much
My toilet was so blocked nothing could Solve it. I called on Sunday and my call was answered and was told they would be with me on Monday afternoon or earlier and they were and fixed the problem - they were very efficient, polite taking off shoes in the house without asking them too and of course fixed the problem immediately. I highly recommend Simon and his team

First time we have used Thanet Drainage. They contacted us to arrange a suitable time, then Simon also phoned to confirm when he was on his way. Simon attended, he unblocked our drain, he was knowledgeable, proffesional & friendly. He also cleaned up when he was finished. Price was as advertised. We would be happy to recommend Thanet Drainage to family & friends
I would highly recommend Thanet drainage very professional found the problem and resolved it quickly. Leo came today to do the job everything was done and he left the area reinstated and very tidy. Thank you very much.

After an incredibly stressful experience with another company that charged excessive prices without fixing the problem, finding this company was a breath of fresh air. From the moment we were recommended to them, Peter and his team were exceptional — friendly, understanding and accommodating. They arranged a visit for the very next day and resolved the blocked drain quickly, efficiently, and with no hidden or additional costs. The professionalism and care they showed turned a nightmare situation into a huge relief. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Thank you so much to Peter and the team.
