Just Fascias (S.E) Ltd

We had quite a few companies out to quote, quite similarly priced. I opted for just Fascia as Darren who came to quote seemed the most professional and explained clearly. Tim the fitter did a great job, completed in a day on a 2 bed terrace. My only gripe was that the company were meant to arrive on the Friday but it was raining so didn’t turn up and I wasn’t informed. They then came on the Monday. Overall very pleased.

Excellent professional service at a very reasonable cost. Paul, Brian and Martin did an excellent job. They turned up every morning at 07.45 and worked non-stop. They did the whole house in 3 days. At the end of each day, they cleared any debris and waste. They did a very neat and skilled job. Scaffolding was erected the day before and removed almost immediately after by Matt and co who also did a brilliant job. We are very pleased by the whole experience. Highly recommended.

Had UPVC fascia fitted to the side and rear, including scaffolding and aluminium gutter removal/reinstallation. While the end result looks fine, the process was frustrating. Scaffolding was incomplete on the agreed day, causing delays. The fitter wasn’t aware of key tasks like gutters, and multiple promised visits didn’t happen, requiring us to stay home unnecessarily. A visible gap from the attic meant the company had to return to properly fit the felt system. Job was completed, but communication and coordination were poor.
