"Arranged visit for quote but had to cancel due to pregnancy issues. They were super flexible and came straight out once we were back in touch. Quote was good for loft insulation and they tested for cavity wall insulation which we had. Was able to get them in the next day to top up loft insulation due to a cancellation. Super appreciated the quickness with a 3 year old and new born in the house."
