Ken was recommended by a friend and it is easy to see why. Friendly, professional and made a tricky job look simple.
Ken is the most lovely guy, and completely professional. He came when he said (despite also dealing with a crisis elsewhere)! He was thorough, considerate, careful, utterly knowledgeable, personable, and beautifully respectful of my ineptitude! Ken did a beautifully careful job, and left the place tidy, despite getting his Christmas socks damp in the process!
