I am dissatisfied with KGM Property Services’ work on my wet room. Issues include: 1. Floor installed twice due to poor water flow. 2. Sewage pipe fitted twice, causing blockage. 3. Uneven tiles and subpar grouting. 4. Deviation from agreed floor cove. 5. Misrepresentation of wet room experience. I am claiming a full refund for rectification.
