They came to fix roof then had to come back because it leaked again but when it leaked again fobbed me of saying they're busy but will be out but never came, tried to phone but no answer

Unfortunately 2 years later I have rain coming through my porch ceiling light and I have not been able to get in contact with them. Can you help as I have a 20 year guarantee

They came to repair my roof back in April, apparently everything was fine and sorted. 2 months later when we had few storms in June-July I noticed water was still coming through the roof, I tried to contact them and the man who answered the phone said the lads were in Australia doing a job and they were going to be back end of July which I said that's fair enough, I will call you back in August. I've been trying to contact them since 5th August and nobody is answering the phone now. Very frustrated with that.
