They installed a complete Truss roof system. It was a complex roof with 3 gables and three dormers. There were three different angled gables and dormers as well. The three dormers had to be custom framed due to limits with the prefab truss system. The trusses went up in two days and the dormers and sections that required custom framing took another 5 days. I requested additional help on sheathing the dormers which they accommodated. This was all done during inclement weather. They preformed outstanding. They were willing to take on any job without excuses.

Kiersten provided courteous and helpful advice, before providing an accurate quote. He kept in touch ahead of our new door and adjacent panel being fitted and this was completed at a mutually convenient time. We have since asked for further work to be done.

We were foolish enough (we are pensioners) to consent to Kiersten arranging for our drains to be cleaned and have a cc tv report provided. More foolishly we paid £3000 (three thousand pounds) in cash to have this relatively small project undertaken. Reviewing this project after consulting with several reputable companies, we ascertained that the true cost for a basic domestic flush and video was IRO £300 with all singing and dancing versions (more than we required) available at up to £850. We protested as we live on our State Pensions. But we got absolutely nowhere. Very sad. Nice chap we thought!

We ordered all the windows and doors directly from the manufacturer, hiring KRWA to instal them. Sadly I had not found the company in time for them to do the survey. I had measured with only an overall 10mm tolerance which was a concern. However, KRWA handled this very well. The delivery of our windows and doors was messed up (nothing to do with KRWA) and because of missing items, KRWA had to return several times to complete the job. They did this without complaint, always arrived when they said they would. They left the site clean and tidy. They are a pleasant team to work with.
