Flat roof We agreed with Lee to repair my takeaway roof at good price. He assured us that he will repair the roof and gave us the word that the job would be done. Based on his promise we declined other builder because he assured that he will come and we did waited after his first visit. However he never turned up after his first visit at takeaway and kept delaying without any reasons, there was no answer to our phone calls no replies to my messages. This lack of professionalism and honesty gave us lot of stress and wasted my time. He kept nagging us! My question is if he wasn’t able to do the job he shouldn’t have signed up for it! I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody out there to get work done by such kind of unprofessional people. Answer from tradesperson: Never even came out to look at the job so I don’t know how I promised you anything and if I wasn’t answering the phone how could I be nagging you? Looking for a guy to fix my leak Lee contacted me very quickly and Lee and his mate came and fixed my leaky roof the next day. He was on time very tidy and took any rubbish with him. I was very pleased with his price and service. Will deffinately use him in the future... but hope i wont need him.

Roof Repair Lyndhurst Polite, professional and too the point. Thoroughly investigated the problems, identified the causes and offered solutions and costs before starting the work. Will definitely use him again. His costs are reasonable and he completes the task within the timescale agreed, with no mess.

Ridge I just had a insurance assessor out the other day to check on a different problem I have. So got him to check the dry ridge system I had fitted cost me over £300. I was very disappointed when he said it had been fitted very poorly and needed to be all redone again. (Updated on 21 Aug 2023) Answer from tradesperson: Only one ways to fit a dry ridge system, and I don’t know how an insurance assessor is now a roofer, and I’ve been past the property since and still has the ridge system on that I done so thanks for the comment 👍👍 Reply created 21 Aug 2023

Gutters inspection Lee did a terrible job not only me sayings this other 3 contractors they were shocked the quality of the job he did, the roof leaked and damaged my ceiling, Lee gave me a guarantee of 15 years but the job lasted approximately 1.5 year. I texted him many to times to address the issue, he managed to visit the property once and redo the job and reassure me everything was ok but unfortunately lasted a day this time when I contacted him he didnt reply. So I had to hire an other contractor. Stay away from this guy. (Updated on 28 Mar 2025)

Big drip Lee the first one to respond to my cry for help. He came gave sound advive, at a competative price. Called immediately once I selected him. Did the job, cleaned up all rubbish. My part cash in hand on completion. His workmanship excellent, he did not seek to look for additional work. Two other roofers from My Builder tried to pressurise me, having a complete reroof my house, with stories of woo! Another Roofer, saw a Beautiful House, an Old Man, his eyes spun as on a One Armed Bandit, his quoted over £3,0000 to fix two roof leaks. Then tried to pressurise me into having the whole Bay Window replaced along with Leaded Windows.
