"The work was all done in a good manner. The one thing I would say is when I called them out they didn’t mention a quotation charge. Not mentioned in quote. Additionally when I requested a quote I was told for the part it would be 40£ cheaper than it turned out to be. I was charged an initial call out charge and the cost per hour was very high. Everything was Ex VAT. When I checked online there were much cheaper (same part/company). This is quite frustrating and the total cost was high given it worked out the same as if they had stayed for two hours (in initial quote). Unclear pricing."
