Was recommended Lamberts by a friend, totally satisfied with them, advised us of what needed to be done in simple laymen terms, no more water coming up into the sink. Won't be looking anywhere else for plumbing and heating work.
The work was all done in a good manner. The one thing I would say is when I called them out they didn’t mention a quotation charge. Not mentioned in quote. Additionally when I requested a quote I was told for the part it would be 40£ cheaper than it turned out to be. I was charged an initial call out charge and the cost per hour was very high. Everything was Ex VAT. When I checked online there were much cheaper (same part/company). This is quite frustrating and the total cost was high given it worked out the same as if they had stayed for two hours (in initial quote). Unclear pricing.
