She and her team are friendly, punctual and professional, in spite of Covid. She cleans up daily before leaving and keeps the disruption at the minimum."

When I rang him a few minutes after our initial appointment time he said he'd had a mix up of appointments and would be there in about 1hr. He arrived 80mins after original appointment. He was a very efficient and considerate worker. We'd agreed a rate of £60ph on the phone but after he'd done the work in 45mins he said that it would be £70 because it was boiler work which I didn't like or think fair."
