From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and incredibly well organised. Colville arrived on time, walked me through the plan for the day, and made sure everything was clear before starting. The boiler installation itself was completed to a really high standard — tidy pipework, seamless setup, and zero hassle. He also took the time to explain how the new boiler works, which I really appreciated. The house was left spotless afterwards, and the new system is running perfectly with glowing hot radiators. It’s rare to come across tradespeople who combine great workmanship with genuine customer care, but Colville absolutely delivered both. Highly recommended — five stars well deserved!”

I have used Just Sevices 3 times now.- I found them when I had a boiler breakdown on the coldest week of the year and they were the only place that had an engineer to send out. BG told me I needed a new boiler (£3k) and these guys fixed the problem for me £100! The lady on reception is a pleasure and all the engineers have also been great! From my 3 experiences I would recommend!

On reporting the boiler breakdown I received an immediate response with an engineer arriving later in the day. Once the problem had been diagnosed and the need for a new pump established I was reminded that my system was still under warranty and Just Services Group contacted the supplier on my behalf and the repair was completed two days later. Most welcome given that without heat my house was very cold!
