So good we came back for more
We first had LF Replacement Windows supply and install 8 windows and 4 doors in 2015. After 11 years we needed 2 older windows and a door replacing. We were so pleased with 11 years of faultless windows and doors that we had no hesitation hiring LF once again. They are professional, pay a lot of attention to details and are a pleasure to work with. Their installers are fantastic, very friendly and careful with their work. Highly recommended!

One Phone Call 2 visits job done to perfection
My daughter had window trouble and used LF Replacement Windows. Shortly after her job I explained to her how our conservatory windows had blown and steamed up when it was sunny. She replied that the company LF Windows that done hers were very helpful and efficient. Following this I gave them a call and was I glad I did. They were on the ball there rep was on time as was the person who done the measuring. The windows were suppled on time and the fitter was excellent,no fuss just got on with job.To sum up it was great from start to finish and if you have window problems then give LF Windows a call for a professional job.

Delighted with my replacement double-glazing and insulated conservatory roof.
This business was recommended by my sister who has employed them many times over the years. I ordered replacement double-glazing units and an insulated replacement conservatory roof. I was given clear advice on the best choices for my home and costs. This included windows with integrated Venetian blinds installed within the double-glazing; to replace my existing conventional Venetian blinds. A great choice as they look and work just like conventional Venetian blinds, yet do not collect dusts and will never need cleaning, unlike my old blinds. Checking and re-checking specifications and measurements guaranteed all of the products I selected met my requirements and budget and ensured a perfect fit. Installation dates were exactly as agreed, helped by some very kind weather. The installation teams were a delight; very courteous and professional and carried out their work to a very high standard, leaving my home clean and tidy. My replacement windows look great, work well and are a huge improvement on my old windows. Ditto my replacement conservatory roof which continues to let in lots of daylight, yet maintains a much cooler and comfortable room temperature, even with the windows and doors left closed on a hot sunny day. I am confident my conservatory will be much warmer in Winter, too, saving on my heating bills. My new windows and conservatory roof have transformed my conservatory and I’m very pleased to have taken my sister’s very good advice.

Replacement windows and front door
The family-run firm was chosen to replace 11 windows and the front door. Excellent support and advice from the moment we stepped through the showroom door, to the work completion some 6 months later. They were very patient with our choice of options, with some amendments before everything was finalised. The firm even viewed our house on Google before they suggested a slightly different choice of colours. Fitting was completed within 3 days. Workmen left no mess and happily worked around a builder we had on site. Would use again.

Superb workmanship and professionalism
Having used LF for the past 40 years, yes 40 years!!! We were impressed with their survey and bespoke recommendations on materials to be used. They installed all the windows and doors to a high standard by a fitter who had extensive carpentry skills. We needed this given the adaptation of the windows to old house style window housing. Thank you as always

First class company
For many years we have dealt solely with LF Windows, Chippenham, Wiltshire, and have always found them to absolutely first class In their sphere of work. Their representatives are always neatly attired and very courteous of manner and the work has always been of a high professional standard; what I expect of true tradespeople. The work site on completion of any work has alwsys been left clean and tidy, with no work to be done on my part. I have always been, and am, completely satisfied with this company and will always continue to use them in future .

Good response to door issue
Contacted L & F re issues with locking system on rear entrance door. Trader arrived later that morning and not only found the problem but put it right straight away. He asked for no payment for the visit, despite me insisting we should atleast pay something for his time. We have used this Company before and will certainly do so again.

Yet again to the rescue.
Having used LF Replacement Windows for all our homes and tenanted properties for over 40 years, it is always a 1st class service no matter what the problem is. The back door handle had broken on a property that we bought so we do not know who put the doors in, but they came and put a new handle on and fixed the problem. This is why we use them time and time again, as so reliable.

Incredible service, workmanship and after sales care.
I cannot recommend L F Windows highly enough. We have been dealing with this firm for over 30 years and would not consider going anywhere else! Over the years they have replaced all our windows, front door and back door. They put a lovely conservatory up for us in 1994, and it was only recently that we considered an upgrade with the windows and roof. Kevin came out and carefully explained all the pros and cons of various options. As usual, there was no sales pressure. The quote was very reasonable and everything was so well organised. Maria kept us informed well in advance of builders, and when they would arrive, plasterers, electricians, etc. Any queries were quickly answered which was really helpful and reassuring. All the tradesmen who came here were an absolute pleasure to have around and left everything clean and tidy at the end of each day. We are thrilled with our new look conservatory. It is SO much warmer with the thick insulation! Cooler in the summer, too. Any minor adjustments have been done very quickly and they have been minimal. We have always found the after-care with L F absolutely wonderful. Even after 30 years, our windows are still fine but any little adjustments are done quickly and efficiently, and they are way out of guarantee! I think I’m in a strong position to say wholeheartedly that after over 30 years. I know for a fact, that LF windows are the best.

My new doors are everything I could have wished for. There was a lot of time spent refining the final design but all of my questions were answered, including several I hadn't even thought of! Excellent attention to detail by the installation team, who arrived promptly, were courteous and were much tidier than I ever imagined an installation team could possibly be. I can't recommend LF highly enough. At least 11 out of 10.

Simply the Best
The surveyor called, listened to what I wanted, and then I received a very competitive quote, which I accepted. The work was started on the promised date, carried out by a very polite and competent team. When the work was completed, my house was left in a very clean and excellent condition. The after-sales care is second to none; nothing is too much trouble, which gives a lovely peace of mind. I would highly recommend this company and definitely use them in the future. Very Happy Lady.

Helpful, friendly and professional
The handle of our front door needed attention spoke to the team at LF who fitted the door 19 years ago, a couple of days later a new door handle was fitted. We have used LF to fit windows and doors at our last two properties in the last 30 years and we cannot fault them. LF are helpful, friendly and professional their after care service speaks for itself. We will definitely be using LF in the future.

Trusted and extremely professional
Experience was first class from the start. Required replacing all windows and new fascia's and soffits on 100 year 100-year-old cottage, and every option and challenge was met with the customer in mind. Everything was expertly explained and the pricing was clear. Great installation team, and any questions were dealt with immediately.

Excellent from start to finish
From the initial visit, discussion and measuring to the install the whole process was seamless and efficient. The whole team have a refreshing, no pressure approach, with a genuine desire to provide a quality product and excellent service. The showroom has a wide range of products to view and there is always someone there to advise and help you to get the right product for your needs. The fitters were superb, showing respect for the property and great care and attention to detail. The disruption was minimal and all the rubbish was taken away. We had 11 windows and two doors fitted, within the timescale given, and are really happy with the result. Great people, great business.

Highly Recommended
Highly recommended company. From measuring to fitting we had great customer service, knowledgeable staff and fitters. Nothing is too much trouble. Fitted exactly when booked in and windows fitted without causing a mess. We have had aluminium and upvc windows and the are great quality. We will be using LF again.

Great Job
Have used several times for different jobs over the years and this was to their usual high standard coupled with friendly service. Job was to install replacement black woodgrain PVCu fascia & soffit board cladding. Done in agreed timescales and scaffolding removed the following day. They also tidied up after they had finished. Lovely job. Looks great. Will continue to use them.

Fantastic after care service

Really good workmanship
Over the course of this year, LF have changed all 14 of our double-glazed windows and an exterior stable door. The timescale was our choice. This was done to a very professional standard with minimum disruption and it was a pleasure to deal with all their cheerful and professional staff. The fitters took good care of our house and cleared up behind themselves. The advice offered during the initial discussions was always carefully and patiently presented, with all options covered, but never with the slightest hint of pressure or upselling.
