We're very pleased with our beautiful new loft space. We've gained a large airy bedroom and an extra bathroom with extra light in our existing landing. We were reassured that our neighbours down the road had a good experience, and we could see what ours might look like. LMB made everything easy and were very helpful with our neighbours concerns. Ryan and his team were friendly and helpful, and even finished a little early. Knocking through was the bit I was most concerned about but it was much less messy than I expected. There were minor hitches along the way but the expertise of LMB meant
