Olyxandr was able to respond to my call for assistance and be with us in under 30 minutes My front door key was stuck in the lock - unable to turn nor come out! The door could not be opened Within minutes of arriving, he had determined what the problem was and set to work . The mechanism needed to be replaced and I chose also to get a new lock and keys There was no fuss and no mess! Just a locksmith Angel! This was my second experience using Olyxandr - he fixed the lock to my patio doors last year- and I thoroughly, unreservedly recommend him.

We left our key in the back of the door and were locked out in -2 degrees. Excellent job all round! Oleksandr was prompt, kept me informed from the moment he took the job till the minute he arrived. I only wanted new locks but got more than I expected. New handles AND door alignment to make sure everything worked correctly. He even explained why he he was doing what he did; his sole purpose was to make sure once I shut my front door I would be safe. Brilliant service would definitely recommend Oleksandr 👌
