Tom was extremely polite and friendly, he called back on the day I made enquiries. He came to see the work that needed doing (installation of new loft insulation), and was very knowledgeable and gave advice. He provided a competitive quote. He carried out the work to a very high standard and left everything clean and tidy, and did it all in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend Tom.

Tom Elkins of SurePro is exceptional. I gained his confidence from our first phone call when he sized up the work and gave me a rough estimate of what was needed. He made an appointment with me to see then do the work. He explained what he would do, did it, and showed me afterwards. Work was clean and well implemented. Billing process was easy. The work included replacing and installing the correct amount of insulation, adding boarding, enlarging the hatch, and installing wooden stairs. We were completely satisfied and it has already made an obvious difference in our ability to save energy from cooling or heating the house. Highly recommended.

The workmen were friendly and polite. The start of work was unavoidably delayed but they kept me informed and negotiated a new start date. They worked hard and completed the work within the agreed time. The work was tidy and finished to a good standard.
