I called mark as we had an unidentified gas leak, and he was able to accommodate us almost straight away! He quickly identified where the leak was and repaired it straight away, the value for money and his professionalism were excellent. Would highly recommend!
Marc was very efficient and did a thorough check of my boiler. He was prompt at organising the check and his prices are very reasonable for west London. Would recommend.
Marc did a fantastic job. He sourced a leak in our bathroom. Fixed the leak, fitted a new floor and shower enclosure. Marc is very polite and very considerate. I would definitely call him again in the future.

Excellent in every way - I cannot recommend Marc Williamson highly enough. He was polite, friendly and professional throughout. He completed the job very neatly, efficiently and considerately. He deserves to do well.
Marc did a fantastic job for us - he installed a new boiler and radiator as well as sorting out an airlock we had in our system. We've used Marc a number of times in the past and each time he has been responsive, easy to deal with and reliable. His work is to a high standard and he leaves the area tidy. Will definately be using him again in the future.
Marc managed to fit me in on the same day I called. Great that he can be so flexible. As always he was professional, on time, upfront on the cost. He treats you and your property with respect and goes through the detail with you. No hesitation in recommending him.

Will certainly be using again! At extremely short notice Marc was able to move and re-plumb multiple radiators after an urgent request was made in order to get the rooms ready in our new house before we had new flooring laid. Polite, honest, reliable and very reasonable are words I would use to describe the service we received. Marc’s genuine knowledge and passion for his profession shone through and also his kindness and care to go above and beyond (taking the time to explain how to use our new heating system in detail to help out is one example). I would highly recommend. Thank you so much!
I booked in for an engineer to visit he arrive as agreed. Marc identified the problem and immediately sourced the part, went to the shop and came back and fitted it. The boiler was working. As agreed he came back the following week and installed the new thermostat. I would have no hesitation using them again.
Totally reliable, very honest about costs and transparent about material costs. Highly recommended and have done to all my family, friends & neighbors. Nothing is too much trouble and refreshingly honest recommendations about repair or replacement.
